I have worked in the fitness industry full time since April 2012.  I have always had a keen interest in fitness going to the gym, bootcamps and outdoor running.  In January 2011 I started attending caveman training classes and got hooked straight away.

I had come to a standstill in my life, maybe turning 30 did this?! I decided I no longer wanted to work in a 9-5 office job.  After many discussions with Adam who told me he saw the potential in me, I took a huge "Leap of Faith" and signed up with Focus Training in August 2011 to start my level 2.  I put in for voluntary redundancy at the company I worked at and by October 2011 level 2 was complete. I progressed onto my Level 3 at the end of March 2012 I left my office job and started full time April 2012 at Caveman Training and have never looked back.

I can honestly say I love my job!! I have fantastic PT clients who put everything into their sessions and I get a buzz from seeing their results.  It can be anything from loosing inches, dress sizes to mastering their first proper press up or pull up! Each client is different and I adapt the sessions to what their goals are.  As well as one to one PT sessions, I also do small group PT's and take 5 cave classes a week.

I started my cave journey in early 2010 and I've never looked back since.

I was over weight, I hated gyms, got bored very quickly and had no passion to get fit at all. I decided to brave the induction and then started to train regular. I soon started pushing myself with the help of Adam and achieving things I never thought possible and seeing results I never thought I would!! Soon my life took a complete turn around and I was training at least 4 times a week, eating more healthy and started to have a totally new attitude to life and my own mind set.

My passion grew and grew for Cave and I met amazing people who I wanted to be around more because they lifted me up....I got addicted to Cave! I soon realised that this is what I was meant to do and it's now become my passion.

I recently passed my Level 2 fitness instructor course and I am now going on to complete my Level 3 PT.

I want someone to look at me the way I look at Adam, with admiration and respect for the journey he's gone/going through. I want to help people change their lives the way Cave has changed mine.

I have always been interested in fitness going to the gym, boot camps and football. In March 2011 I started attending caveman training classes as u wanted to freshen up my routines and got hooked straight away.

I have been in the construction industry most of my working life, and coming to caveman training gave me a stress release after a stressful day in a building site, after a few months training I started upping my game and trying different techniques within class, pushing myself harder, and harder! I took it upon myself to enrol with focus training to complete my level 3 Personal Training qualification.

I have always been passionate about health and fitness training 4-5 times a week along with my physical job in the building trade, a friend introduced me to Caveman training when it was in its early stages, with only a handful of us attending each session, but the training and motivation was so intense that I was hooked and attended as many sessions as I could. Along with caveman training I also trained in MMA and boxing and competed in local white collar boxing events.

I was made redundant in 2012, I had the choice of carrying on trying to make ends meet in a job I didn't enjoy, or getting off my ass and following a dream, I bit the bullet and used my redundancy money to enrol in a fitness/ PT instructor course the rest is history and I've never looked back since. During my time as a PT I have set up my own business PT'ing clients at MClub and I hold HIITS classes twice a week.

I always try to get the best out of a individual, focusing on there strengths and constantly striving to improve on their weakness's I always keep this quote in my mind in everything I do....

"Never be afraid to fail, success comes at a price,

it's how much you're willing to pay to succeed."

I am 100% approachable and always happy to assist /answer any questions you may have.

I have always had a real passion for weight training and fitness since the age of 13 . For the 30 years that I have been training I have always studied and strived to improve my knowledge and understanding of training . I have taken my own circuit training classes for 20 months prior to coming to cave but cave has definitely taken me to another level .

My other passion in life is raising money for charity and helping others . I have run a marathon , jumped out of a plane , completed Tough Guy twice , cycled 250 miles , climbed mountains and my ultimate achievement to date is rowing the English Channel in 2013 .

Caveman Training has changed my physique and improved my fitness so much since I started training here and I have met so many amazing , inspirational people along the way . One of the great joys of cave for me is witnessing other peoples journeys and seeing how happy their individual progress is making them . This is what its all about for me . Helping others to improve and be happy .

If you give 100% you will improve 100%

Be consistent and you will improve !!

Throughout my life I was always overweight, the only sporting activity I took part in was cricket. In 2012 I went to my heaviest weight of 23 stone, I was recommended to caveman training and never looked back.

I lost over 9 stone within 6 months of attending caveman, the gym and dieting all thanks to the wonderful trainers at cave. After loosing my weight it inspired me to become qualified in the fitness industry to help people achieve what I have.

I first began my fitness journey in March 2011.  I'd got two young children and my weight had crept up so reluctantly I signed myself up for my first Cave session.  Having never set foot in a gym atmosphere before nervous was an understatement! We all have to start somewhere and for me it was at the bottom! Never did I know what a huge impact this would have on my life.

From that very first class I was hooked!  I loved it, couldn't get enough and I've never looked back since.  I can honestly say it's one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

Over the next two years I increased my weekly classes, enrolled for pt sessions and most importantly found my passion!  I loved seeing the results, loved witnessing others achieving and progressing with their goals this just gave me a huge buzz and I wanted to pursue and be a part of this.

I enrolled on my Level 2 Gym Instructor in October 2013 and by December was fully qualified.  My biggest regret is not doing this sooner in life but I'm now giving it my all to make up for lost time.  Taking classes now as part of the Cave team is just a dream for me.....they say "you never work a day in your life if you do what your passion is" I've truly found that passion, this drives me and pushes me for more.

Helping others to stay motivated, set their own fitness goals, progress and achieve is what it's all about for me. It's an absolute pleasure and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey.

Much love P

I have trained at Caveman Training from Day 1 and have watched  it evolve into a training concept that is helping so many people transform their bodies and their lifestyle’s.
I am one of those people, always struggled with my weight when I was younger, bad eating habits and unfocused training meant that I was 18 stone of mostly fat.  Caveman Training, good diet and the advise from Adam and the team meant that I dropped the body fat and started enjoying pushing my body to its limits.

It was my passion for Cave that inspired me to get qualified so that I could help other people achieve their fitness goals.

I’ve spent most of my adult life attempting to get fit.  I played football for years but still felt that I had more to give.  I next tried Martial Arts where I worked up to 2
nd Dan Black belt in kickboxing and also spent some time teaching.  I have also trained in several other disciplines.
Then I came to Cave.  Finally I had found what it was I had strived for.  It didn’t take me long to realise that I could push myself way beyond my mental boundaries and my fitness came on in leaps and bounds.
What Adam was doing, in my opinion was the ultimate training and the bug bit me really hard.
As Caveman training grew I realised that this was where I wanted to be and last year I passed my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and started working at the cave, helping others to progress their fitness.
This year I took the next step with my training and am now a Level 3 Personal Trainer. BELIEVE ACHIEVE !!!

My fitness journey started 2 ½ years ago, after slowly creeping up to a size 14 at 40 years old I decided to do something about it. I hadn’t stepped foot inside a gym for 20 years, Zumba was the first step that I took and hoped to improve my flexibility and cardio. After 6 months of Zumba I decided to take on another challenge and progressed to kettlebell training, which I really enjoyed and still do.

That was it for me really….I got the bug and wanted to do more. I booked onto an induction session at cave and although a little nervous I assured myself that I would be fine. Why did I worry? I was more than fine, and hooked straight away; I loved it, and wanted more.  I quickly progressed to 3 classes a week, then to 4 and then to 5. I loved the results and could clearly see that I was getting fitter, leaner and stronger every week. The inspiration I got from other cavers and the trainers was amazing. I realised quite quickly that this is where my future lay.  I wanted to help others on their own personal journeys, inspire them, train them, and transform their lives and their bodies, just as they had helped me to transform mine.

I signed up to do a Level 2 fitness instructor course in August 2013 and by January 2014 I was qualified. I still wanted to do more and signed up for my second course and passed a kettlebell, powerlifting and weightlifting course in February 2014. This was quickly followed by completing a full paediatric first aid course in May 2014, at the same time I also signed up for the kids fitness Level 3 PT course and I am hoping to qualify in November 2014.

The bug has really bitten me, I am continuing on my journey and keeping myself busy with my thirst for more knowledge. I completed a kinesiology taping course for minor sports injuries and posture correction in August 2014, and I have enrolled on a three day poliquin bio signature Level 1 course which I will complete in October 2014.

I am so keen, excited and enthusiastic to be part of the cave team, I hope to inspire people as they have inspired me.  I have learned so much from all of the team already and have no doubt that I will continue to so. I am really looking forward to this fantastic opportunity and look forward to seeing you all there!
